Purpose of use of personal information
The Company shall use personal information within the scope necessary for the following purposes.
(1) Sale or provision of products and services

(10) Recording of conversations in order to accurately respond to telephone calls from customers
(11) Hiring activities, selection, and employment management in the Company
(12) Use in hiring activities and selection for applicant information received via provision from job search websites, HelloWork, etc.

(15) Execution of other operations incidental or relating to any of the foregoing

Of the above types of personal information, item (16) refers to personal information not subject to disclosure.
Provision of personal information to third parties
The Company shall not provide personal information that it has acquired to third parties, except in the following cases.
- Cases when the consent of the subject of the personal information has been obtained
- Cases based on laws and regulations
- Cases when it is necessary to protect human life, physical safety, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the subject of the personal information
- Cases when it is particularly necessary to enhance public health or promote the healthy upbringing of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the subject of the personal information
- Cases when it is required by organs of the national government, local public bodies, or persons entrusted thereby to execute duties set forth in laws and regulations, and obtaining the consent of the subject of the personal information may hinder the execution of those duties

The Company takes steps to enhance the corporate value of the Group as a whole by organically combining the management resources of each Group company and offering high added-value services to customers.
Accordingly, as described below, the Company may jointly use personal information obtained from customers in relation to the sale or provision of products and services, etc.

Security management
- The Company has enacted a Personal Information Protection Policy in order to prevent the leakage, loss, and corruption of personal information, and otherwise securely manage personal information(including personal information that we have acquired or are planning to acquire). The Company also operates a personal information protection management system that it has created.
- The Company has selected a Director and Executive Officer as the manager responsible for the protection of personal information, and has developed systems for the protection of personal information.
- In order to check the operation of the personal information protection management system, the Company conducts regular security inspections, as well as internal audits once a year. We are also subject to inspections for the renewal of the PrivacyMark once every two years.
- The Company provides regular education for all employees, on topics including the importance of protecting personal information, the responsibilities of each employee, and impact in the event of accidents.
- The Company prevents unauthorized access through measures such as zoning and office access management based on the status of the handling of personal information.
- The Company has introduced mechanisms to protect networks, servers, computers, mobile devices, and other information systems from unauthorized access, malware, etc., and also implements access controls, data encryption, etc. The Company also records and monitors access logs.
- When handling personal data outside of Japan, the Company researches systems for protecting personal information, etc., in the relevant countries and takes measures to securely manage personal data, while also providing public notice of circumstances in the relevant country and the status of the Company’s response.
Procedures for requesting disclosure, etc.
Please submit requests for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction of contents, addition or deletion, discontinuation of use, removal, and the discontinuation of provision to third parties (“disclosure, etc.”) of personal information held by the Company to the following contact point.
The Company shall promptly respond to any such requests after confirming the identity of the person submitting the request (including agents).
